🖐 Let's talk about keeping our wrists healthy and strong!

💪 Strengthening Exercises: Include wrist-specific exercises in your routine to build strength and stability. Try wrist curls, wrist extensions, and grip strengthening exercises. Start with light resistance and progress gradually - even a 2 pound dumbbell can make a big difference!

Proper Technique is Key: When lifting weights or carrying objects, maintain a neutral wrist position. Avoid excessive bending or twisting. This will reduce strain on your tendons and ligaments.

🚫 Avoid Repetitive Strain: Take regular breaks if you have a job or hobby that involves repetitive wrist movements. Stretch and shake out your wrists to prevent overuse injuries.

Like and follow for more tips to keep your wrists happy and healthy! 💪
