3 things that give us the ICK
1. “ just eat less and work out more.”
The ICK? Acting like hormones, insulin resistance, stress, sleep, and metabolism don’t exist.
2. People bragging about starving themselves.

3. Spas handing out G L P with zero education or support.
No nutrition guidance. No muscle preserving plan. Just “good luck babe”
These can be life-changing… But only when used the RIGHT way.
