Matthew 25 Health and Care provides medical, dental, mental health, and specialty care at no cost. Matthew 25 is so much more than a healthcare center.

We are led by a common goal to care for others as Christ instructs in the Gospel of Matthew - to bring hope, comfort and high-quality healthcare to the most vulnerable in our community. Our Mission: We are inspired by the Gospel to provide free primary healthcare services to uninsured, low-income residents in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

Matthew 25 will be closed next Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for Thanksgiving. We will resume normal clinic hours on Monday, December 1st at 8:15am. We are incredibly grateful for our patients, staff, volunteers, and all of our followers. Wishing you & your family a safe, healthy, and happy Thanksgiving!

🦃✨ We are absolutely thrilled to share that this Thanksgiving, 30 Matthew 25 patients will enjoy full holiday meals! Each patient will receive a turkey along with a bag filled to the brim with delicious side items, desserts, and canned goods — everything needed for a warm and joyful celebration. 🎉

The need for food is greater than ever, and we are so grateful to be able to step up and help. This incredible act of generosity was made possible by the phenomenal Matthew 25 staff. Their dedication, kindness, and willingness to contribute side items and donations for the turkeys truly show the heart of our team! 🫶🏻

We couldn’t be prouder or more grateful for the way our staff goes above and beyond — not only providing medical and dental care, but always finding new ways to support and uplift our patients.

💊 Medication Monday: We Need Your Help! 💊

Many of our patients at Matthew 25 are living with hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions that require at-home blood pressure monitoring. Unfortunately, the rising cost of blood pressure monitors has made it difficult for us to keep up with the need.

We are desperately in need of blood pressure cuffs to ensure our patients can safely manage their health at home.
