We’re so proud to celebrate Vicky, one of our CNAs who has dedicated 35 years of exceptional care and compassion to the residents at The Waters of Fort Wayne.

Vicky is truly one of the best CNAs we’ve had the pleasure of working with, and our residents absolutely love her! To mark this amazing milestone, the team threw a fun 90’s party in her honor — a little throwback to her earlier day with us!

Thank you, Vicky, for your unwavering commitment, kindness, and all the lives you’ve touched over the years. You’re truly the best and we are SO lucky to have you with us! 💙

This year’s theme was “We Are The Champions”—and there’s no doubt that our CNAs are the heart, soul, and true MVPs of our team. From early mornings to late nights, you go above and beyond with compassion, strength, and dedication every single day. 💪💙

Whether it’s offering a kind word, a helping hand, or a listening ear—our CNAs truly make a difference.
