In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to settle your nervous system, followed by hands-on Reiki and the gentle presence of crystals to support deep energetic healing.

Namaste, friends! I’m Ashley—yoga teacher, massage therapist, traveler, and lover of all things wellness.

My classes are a blend of powerful breath, mindful movement, and nervous system support. I teach a slower vinyasa flow that leaves you grounded, strong, and connected. I’m also certified in trauma-informed yoga, yin, pranayama, and corrective exercise—so you can expect options that meet you right where you are.

I’ve been teaching for 7 years, and I’ve had the honor of sharing this work around the world. Whether it’s yoga or massage, my goal is the same: to help you feel more at home in your body.

As a massage therapist and Reiki master, I specialize in sports and medical massage—offering deep tissue work when needed, combined with intuitive energy healing when welcomed.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, prepping for a race, or just need to exhale—I’m here for it. Let’s move, breathe, or melt stress away together.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
At The Pillar, mental health isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we practice.
We focus on healing through nervous system regulation, because when your body feels safe, your mind can begin to heal.

Nervous system dysregulation can look like:
• chronic stress
• emotional overwhelm
• difficulty sleeping
• feeling stuck in “fight or flight”
• numbing, shutdown, or anxiety

This month, we’ll be sharing how practices like yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement help regulate your nervous system and support deep healing.

Your nervous system is not broken. It just needs support.
And that’s what we’re here for.
