✨Teacher + Massage Therapist Spotlight: Meet Ashley ✨
Namaste, friends! I’m Ashley—yoga teacher, massage therapist, traveler, and lover of all things wellness.
My classes are a blend of powerful breath, mindful movement, and nervous system support. I teach a slower vinyasa flow that leaves you grounded, strong, and connected. I’m also certified in trauma-informed yoga, yin, pranayama, and corrective exercise—so you can expect options that meet you right where you are.
I’ve been teaching for 7 years, and I’ve had the honor of sharing this work around the world. Whether it’s yoga or massage, my goal is the same: to help you feel more at home in your body.
As a massage therapist and Reiki master, I specialize in sports and medical massage—offering deep tissue work when needed, combined with intuitive energy healing when welcomed.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, prepping for a race, or just need to exhale—I’m here for it. Let’s move, breathe, or melt stress away together.
