About the Role:

In Harmony Home Care LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in a hybrid position, working both remotely and in-office as needed. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff schedules, and maintaining consistent client coverage. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and dependable — ready to handle scheduling issues, communication, and on-call responsibilities with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all scheduling matters, including creating, updating, and adjusting staff schedules.

Carry the scheduling phone at all times throughout the week to manage staffing updates, call-offs, and schedule changes.

Be on call every other week after hours and on weekends to respond to urgent staffing or client needs.

Work directly with clients when shifts are not covered or replacements are unavailable.

Respond promptly to phone calls, texts, and emails from staff, clients, and management.

Maintain accurate and organized staff and client records.

Assist with employee onboarding, communication, and administrative support tasks.

Maintain office organization, supplies, and digital documentation.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Prior administrative or scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Reliable, professional, and able to work well under pressure.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Must have reliable internet and phone access for remote work.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, hybrid salary role (remote and in-office work)

$20 per hour, approximately 20 hours per

Must carry the scheduling phone at all times during the week

After-hours and weekend on-call rotation every other week

📅 Schedule: (Looking for 2-3 caregivers)
Morning, Afternoon & weekend shifts available
