Nothing really beats reading with a cup of tea (or expresso 🙂🙃🙂) and getting some good reading in.

I’m a bit picky with candles because of all the JUNK and toxic fragrances. 🤢

This company is amazing.

The candles are subtle, not overwhelming and dont give you a headache. They are made in small batches and with all 100% BEESWAX. The smell comes from essential oils. 👍

This scent is Sugared Lemon Zest. OMG YUMMM.

50 hrs of burning time. 🥰

Somehow on my Christmas break from school, I’ve managed to start 3 books. 😅😊

Oh, I love reading. And each fills a different purpose.

I just started my third book & had to share the message.

It’s so profound to me, but simple. Osho says, “somebody insults you and you become angry. You think you are angry but scientifically speaking the other person’s insult is only functioning as a remote control. The person who has insulted you is managing your behavior. Your anger is in their hands - you are behaving like a puppet.”

Why would we let someone else control us?

It’s so important to know ourselves, deeper than our thoughts. (Because sometimes those can be other’s thoughts we pick up on. Like when you are thinking of someone and then they call or text you.)

Knowing the Self is the deepest work we can do.

My favorite way to clear the excess thoughts or brain fog is meditation. I fall off from time to time, but I also come back understanding the power it has.

It’s like taking out the trash of thoughts in your mind, things that don’t matter or things you keep reliving wishing you had done it differently. But you can’t change the past. You can be present in the moment and make the most to be the best NOW.

Wanting to share this in case someone else needed this like I did. What are your thoughts?

This is the BEST facial massage. 🙌

& when you love it so much, you have to learn it!!

I've experienced incredible pain relief in my mouth, cheeks, and sinuses with Intra-oral massage.

The name says it all, yes, hands are in the mouth. BUT ALWAYS WEARING GLOVES.

But think about it - imagine the sensation of massaging from BOTH sides, at the same time. 🥰

This technique is incredible for those with
-TMJ disorder
