How often would I visit the PACE Center as a Participant?

Visits to the PACE Center are based on need. The Interdisciplinary Team will conduct comprehensive assessments once you enroll in the program to determine how often you will visit the PACE Center and receive clinical and social care.

Remember, PACE Participants receive transportation to and from their homes courtesy of wheelchair-equipped PACE vans.

Join Aging & In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana at the Allen County Public Library this Wednesday for free live music and meet and greet with fellow caregivers and their loved ones living with dementia.

AIHS Aging Brain Center-Certified staff will lead the group in dementia-friendly activities.

My mom needs nursing home care but Medicare won't pay for it. Will PACE?

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing home care. Our Interdisciplinary Team of clinical and social specialists develop a personalized plan of care to enable the Participant to remain at home and support their caregiver.

PACE is typically paid for through a combination of traditional Medicare and Medicaid. Visit our website to check your eligibility.

No, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is typically paid through a combination of Medicare and Medicaid. PACE provides both clinical and social services to help older adults remain independent.

PACE enrollment is not subject to an open enrollment period. We can assist you at any time in switching from Medicare Advantage to traditional Medicare.
