And for those who prefer less “woo”, your conscious breath/breathing is what allows you to move from the fight or flight loop you’re stuck in (sympathetic nervous system) to the rest, heal and reset mode (parasympathetic nervous system).
You have more power than you might actually realize in each and every breath you consciously take.
