Considering sending your Early Explorer to fall programming and want to see what we are all about? Come hang out next week! 🌻🐿️🌿🪺🍄 🦋 Tuesday we will stay based in the barn for free play, and Wednesday we will take a nature walk! No cost (but nonperishable donations welcome for the food pantry).

Just a sneak peak of the fun we are planning for the fall! 🌳🍂 🎨 🐩 📚 I have wildly talented friends (who are also former Playschool parents) collaborating with me this season and I’m so excited to offer it to the children of our community.

A goal of mine is to support the neurodiverse early learner as best I possibly can. 🧠 There are times that support needs cannot realistically be met safely in an 100% outdoor setting, and that is always tough for me to accept. ❤️‍🩹 However I hope families know I honor all children and learning styles, and will always promote the need for more inclusive & affirming spaces 🌟

2 years ago before I had a partnership with a conservation organization, a barn to store my stuff, or assistants to help me I was still doing the exact same things! 🐿️🍃 Just me, a backpack, and families who “got it” 🩵 oh and a very very supportive friend who helped me for iced coffees because I couldn’t pay her lol

Took 7 adventurous ladies on a woodland expedition this morning! 🌳 no matter what education journey our Explorers end up taking, we are thrilled to be a part of their early childhood adventures!

Playschool is a messy place—and not just with dirt and paint! 🪱 🎨 There are big feelings to work through, tears and tantrums, conflicts, skinned knees and falls off logs, and sometimes the weather makes you uncomfy. We believe this is part of what makes Playschool so valuable—the opportunity to develop critical social-emotional skills that well-balanced and resilient kids need! ✨

Delighted to host our first Open Barn today! Two hours of free play at our creation stations, the bubble machine was flowing, and Ms. Danielle led story time 📕 🫧 🎨 See you next month for another one! 👩🏻‍🌾

Our small but mighty group of Explorers spent nearly two hours today tromping down a trail 🌳, discovering fungi 🍄 , balancing on logs 🪵 , and pretending to be Gruffalo! 💜 Then back to the barn for snacks provided by our lovely assistant Ms.Danielle and some free play at the Art Station and Sensory Bins.
