Holy Family Birth Center needs you!⁠ We are seeking individuals who have a passion for natural birth and ideally work history as a Labor & Delivery RN or NICU RN. Nurses join the midwife as birth approaches and stay throughout the 6-hour postpartum stay. Our nurses are an essential part of our HFBC family providing labor support, emergency care, postpartum support and guidance, and breastfeeding assistance.⁠

Specific job requirements include:⁠
- Able to pick up 3 twelve-hour call shifts per month⁠
- Availability to arrive at our facility within 30 minutes of a call⁠
- RN with experience in Labor & Delivery or NICU⁠ is preferred but open to considering experience in other specialties and new grads⁠

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for natural birth and work history as a Labor & Delivery RN or NICU RN. Nurses join the midwife as birth approaches and stay throughout the 6-hour postpartum stay. - Able to pick up 3 twelve-hour call shifts per month⁠, especially in need of coverage for various weekend day and night and weekday night shifts (examples: Friday night 7p - Saturday 7a; Saturday 7a - Saturday 7p; Saturday 7p - Sunday 7a)⁠
- Availability to arrive at our facility within 30 minutes of a call⁠
- RN with experience in Labor & Delivery or NICU⁠ is preferred but open to considering experience in other specialties and new grads⁠

This handsome boy is Elijah! He was born weighing 7 pounds 8 ounces at Holy Family Birth Center in December with Karen. What a blessing!

His mother kindly shared, "Elijah was caught by his father in the van on the way to the birth center! We then drove to HFBC, and Karen helped me deliver my placenta and do all of my postpartum care and check on the baby, who was doing beautifully!"

His mother kindly shared, "This is our second child with FMCC. Our first child was born at DuPont Hospital but this time we decided to try the Holy Family Birthing Center, and we could not have asked for a greater experience! Fun fact: Both of our children were all natural births and ironically enough, they share a birthday exactly 2 years apart! Thank you FMCC/HFBC for all you continue to do for our family. You are appreciated!"

This handsome boy is Lennon! He was born weighing 6 pounds 11 ounces at Holy Family Birth Center in December with Erin and Hannah. Thank you for your continued trust in our care!

His mother kindly shared, "This is my third child to be delivered by FMCC and 2nd birth center birth. We were at the birth center less than 5 minutes before the baby arrived!
Erin was very patient and calm with every interaction, including our arrival at the birth center and her quick hands to catch baby Lennon.

I have been a patient of FMCC since 2017, as I struggled with fertility for over 3 years. I’m so thankful to have been supported and cared for by all of the FMCC staff through praying bedside before my ectopic surgery, to being dedicated to finding the root cause of my fertility issues, to delivering my 3 wonderful little boy blessings with faith, love, and kindness. I’m forever grateful!"

His mother kindly shared, "We couldn’t be more thankful for the care we received from Marianne, Emilie, and Annmarie when our baby decided to meet us on Christmas morning! We felt supported, encouraged, and safe throughout our whole labor and couldn’t have asked for better care. I will never forget Marianne praying over me shortly before meeting our baby."
