✨️Life is an ebb and flow✨️

All afternoon I have been in between... resting and wanting to do inner work!😕

I have been so busy lately that not doing anything feels wrong.... however my body needs the rest and also my mind and spirit!

Even DOING inner work becomes a scape or excuse to be busy instead of resting and relaxing.

Doing inner work with this energy is not beneficial at all!

We must to learn to be in the ebb and flow of life 😌 😌 😌 😌

Allow the body, mind and soul to rest!

Push when you need but allow when you can!

✨️Finding balance✨️

There is so much movement in my life that spirit wants me to take a break!

Blessings keep coming and I want to have it all but keep pushing.

By doing this I'm actually depleting myself of life force!

I have been busy every day for a while and will not have a day off for a while.

So they want me to rest as much as possible and find balance and understand when to push and when to allow.

There is a fine balance between feminine and masculine energies with in us!
