Our customer is expanding their E-Commerce operations and is looking for a Warehouse Lead who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily ecommerce order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of ecommerce and bulk orders
- Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within a frozen warehouse environment
- Train and support warehouse team members on processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and escalate operational challenges as needed
- Collaborate with leadership on workflow improvements and efficiency initiatives
