Coffee stimulates circulation and reduces inflammation, which improves skin complexion, while reducing the appearance of cellulite

Our skincare routine is one based off science and traditional health practices, instead of modern mainstream ideologies of what “health and beauty” is or looks like

We know our skin craves constant hydration, not the opposite. When our skin overproduces oil it’s not a sign we need to dry it out like a desert lol — it’s a cry for help, aka hydration!!!!!💦 & it needs the proper minerals/ vitamins to get it

Here’s our daily recommended “step-by-step” routine:

STEP 1: clean + exfoliate face using our cleansing oil. Remove with gentle towel and warm water.

STEP 2: apply a light layer of glow serum to face, neck and décolletage. Or add to your fav moisturizer and massage into skin. This is also an ideal time to practice *Gua Sha if you wish to incorporate it.

STEP 3: apply toner generously. We always recommend using our toner last to help lock in excess moisture and protect + rejuvenate skin from any extended sun exposure.

Our skin is our largest filtering organ and absorbs over 60% of everything we out on it. Made up of two layers, the epidermis and hypodermis, our skin works as a “shield” to protect our bodies from harmful toxins/ chemicals by filtering them through the blood and digestive tract.

this is why developing a holistic skincare routine is important to your overall healthcare — it protects your immune system while helping you maintain minimal toxin exposure‼️

…don’t let the smell of fragrance fool you, it’s packed with some of the most toxic chemicals you could ever expose yourself to and is now considered the new “second hand smoke” causing allergen + endocrine disruption, even though most companies won’t tell you that because legally they have no obligation to.
