Join us for education and the opportunity to meet and talk with others who share the role as a caregiver or loved one to someone living with the Dementia Diagnosis. 💛💙 Chateau Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center will be hosting a Dementia Support Group for friends and family members of those on the Alzheimers and Dementia journey. The Support Group will be lead by our Certified Dementia Practitioner, Nicole Sandberg, CDP. When: Monday, June 24, 2024 at 6:30PM. Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 19th to receive a special caregiver survival kit as our gift for attending! Light refreshments will be served.
