Sky Point Social Services is a Certified Medicaid Waiver Provider in the State of Indiana approved by the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) to provide services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, and emotional health needs. Sky Point serves children, teens and adults who are either on the Family Supports Waiver (FSW), Community Integration Waiver (CIH) or Money Follows the Person.
