The conversations were inspiring, the energy was uplifting, and the commitment to making a difference was clear. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this year’s conference such a success- we can’t wait for next year!

💜 Alzheimer’s Awareness Week at The Towne House 💜

We’re having a week full of treats, laughs, and fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Association, and it all leads up to Bosses Get Tosses on Friday, where two of our Towne House staff might just get pied in the face! 🥧😂 These events will all take place October 6 - October 10th, but you're welcome to start voting for who you want to get a pie in the face starting today!

The photos you see are of the staff members in the running, vote with your donations to decide who gets the pie! Every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer’s Association.

Residents, staff, families, and friends are welcome to stop by the Retirement Center lobby all week to join in the fun and support this important cause. 💜

Residents from Towne House Retirement Community and Prairie Landing enjoyed a wonderful overnight trip to beautiful Brown County!

They took in the stunning scenic views, listened to a park ranger presentation about the history of our national parks, sipped and savored at Oliver Winery, and spent time shopping the charming stores in Nashville, IN.

Along with delicious food and plenty of laughter, the best part was the new friendships formed along the way. What a trip to remember!

Two of our Health & Rehab residents spent time snapping beans, just like they used to at home, and turned them into a classic green bean and potato dish. Simple moments like these bring comfort, connection, and plenty of smiles. 💚

Last Friday, The Towne House turned up the heat for our Iron Chef Competition! Chefs from several BHI communities came together to battle it out for first place with a 1960’s-inspired theme, all part of our 60th anniversary celebration this August.

The chefs wowed us with their creativity, serving up nostalgic takes on classics like Baked Alaska, meatloaf with mashed potatoes and carrots, and ham salad sandwiches, plus so many more delicious dishes that took us right back to the ‘60s!

It was a fun-filled evening of laughter, friendly competition, and amazing food. A big thank you to our talented chefs and everyone who joined us in celebrating 60 years of The Towne House!
