As the year winds down, I’m pausing to take it all in—and what a year it was.⚡
2025 was loaded with travel, hands on bells and bars 🏋️♂️, and epic weekends teaching five StrongFirst kettlebell and barbell instructor certifications across the country. Every stop brought new lessons, intense training sessions, and coaches whose dedication and drive remind me why teaching strength is so rewarding.
Between travel and teaching, early mornings and late nights went into my PhD in Exercise Science, culminating in passing my candidacy exam 🎓. Hard work pays off.
Back home, things grew fast. One chiropractic clinic became four, with an incredible team, allowing us to serve more patients and communities across Northern Indiana than ever before.
On the personal side: I sold my house, got married 💍, and started a new chapter with my beautiful, amazing wife 💖. It snowed on our June wedding day, which somehow felt perfect. And no, I wasn’t wearing shorts.
I’m grateful for the challenges 🏔️, the opportunities ✨, and the awesome community of coaches and lifters pushing boundaries for themselves and others every single day.
Here’s to an even stronger 2026 🎉.
💪 Have a Strong Day and Year!
