Fun hip stretchy aerial yoga flow for a mid week pick me up 🤖

Aerial yoga is always all levels at Studio Seva! This was our flow from last night modified to meet all bodies and all levels of energy so we could strengthen core, stretch hips, and push ourselves to new levels with fun movement supported by the hammock.

Need a safe and non intimidating segue into circus? This is it! Aerial yoga will build grip strength and Aerial confidence all while learning new ways to express traditional Yoga poses. 🙏

5:30 weights is full, but you can get a little strength training in with aerial yoga at 6:45 or circus fitness (aerial silks) at 6:45 pm.
