Check it out! We got a new weights set up and it's 🔥
Some things to consider before coming to our weights class:

It's weightlifting, not yoga. It will be aggressive. The music will be loud. I'm not using my yoga voice, again, it's not a yoga class. I put HOURS into weekly programming, so please follow the programming. Most importantly, be on time so you can safely warm up and learn the programmed lifts. 😘

Let's do it! Get at it BEFORE New Year's resolution time 💪
