THURSDAY is our January Local Coordinating Council meeting!

If your work involves any part of our mission, you are invited to join us at our bi-monthly Local Coordinating Council meeting.

Our purpose is to provide an effective network to collaboratively prevent substance abuse, primarily by youth, and to reduce the negative impact of alcohol and other drugs in the Allen County community.

You probably already knew that it's illegal to provide alcohol to those under 21, but did you know this?

Indiana's "social host law" states that any adult who knowingly rents or provides property to enable underage drinking can be held liable.

It’s a Class B misdemeanor charge for a first offense, a Class A misdemeanor if the person has a prior conviction, and a Level 6 felony if a serious injury or death were to occur.
