At the heart of midwifery in addition to evidence-based clinical care is the core of individualized treatment planning. Continuation or initiation of SSRIs should be a shared decision between midwife and client, based on symptoms, history, and the client's goals and values.

I am so happy to announce that as of February 1st our practice is now a part of Lutheran Health Physicians OBGYN & Midwifery! We still have the same office in Auburn and are delivering at Dupont Hospital. I am so excited for all the opportunities I will have as a LHP midwife. Just a little life update!
Several years ago I stopped offering doula services to focus on my nursing career. After graduating in 2019 with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue Fort Wayne I was blessed to not only start working as a Registered Nurse Birth Assistant for a wonderful birth center, but also immediately started grad school in 2020.

Thank you all for following my journey! I am now a little over half way through my courses to become a Certified Nurse Midwife and I cannot wait to start serving families in the way that God has called me to when I finish my program in 2022.

A special thank you to all the wonderful midwives in my life who have mentored me and paved the way, providing incredible and inspiring care to so many women in our community.

I will always carry the love and support that my late husband Ty had for our family with me as I care for your growing families. I could not have done any of this without him and I praise God for the nine beautiful years we had together, and I will fulfill my promise to see this through and make him proud.
