Vibra Hospital of Fort Wayne

Vibra Hospital of Fort Wayne provides specialized medical treatment and rehabilitation to medically complex patients who require close monitoring and daily physician visits. Our patients are traditionally transferred from short-term acute care hospitals and require additional monitoring and medical care to ensure a safe discharge. Care is managed by a multi-disciplinary team, with the goal of transferring to either a lower level of inpatient care, such as acute rehab or skilled nursing, or home with home health services. Services provided include:
- Ventilator Management and Weaning
- Complex Wound Care
- Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis
- High Acuity Rooms and Cardiac Monitoring
- IV Management
- Full-Service Therapy including Physical, Occupational, and Speech
- Nutritional Services with Registered Dietician
