I have great news, the Allen County Jail Chaplaincy will be holding their annual banquet this year. The last two years 2020 and 2021 the banquet was cancelled because of the Covid pandemic. The banquet is our only fund raiser each year, but God was able to continually supply our needs during the shut down. Info for the banquet will also be in the Spring Newsletter and a mailing will also be sent out with the cost, times and location and ticket orders. This years event will be held on May 10, 2022 at the Parkview Mirro Event Center located by Parkview North Hospital. Doors will open at 6:00p.m. and food served at 6:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Andrew Foster how is President of Coalition of Prison Evangelist - COPE. Because of situations not in my control some changes had to be made to this Facebook site and you may once again see Richard Sievers name as Chaplain. Facebook is difficult to deal with when pages are attached on to another and I did everything to make everyone happy. I'm no longer the owner of this page and will now only be able to post items, hopefully some day the problem with separating the Chaplaincy site and Sievers site can happen. Continue to pray for the Allen County Jail Chaplaincy that our God will supply all of our needs. Chaplain Tim Dettmer

I have made four death notification this week. One every day
This is telling inmates their family member has died.

On Thursday of last week one of our inmates delivered a baby boy. The baby went to live with Grandma until the inmate gets out of jail.
