Today we had an amazing story unfold. Kathleen Turner was out and about today and stopped by a sale. At This sale were totes full of brand new teddy bears 🐻 she immediately thought about us and knew that our patients would enjoy them! Once the person who was having the sale found out what she wanted to do with the bears they donated all these totes pictured of new teddy bears for our patients!

We are so very thankful for Kathy keeping us in mind and the people who donated these amazing teddy bears for our patients! 🩵

The FWSATC celebrated our 30th anniversary on 4/15/2026. We are so grateful to be able to celebrate this milestone with so many who work along side us and to have a proclamation read by the Allen County Mayors office making 4/15 Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center Day!

Meet Heather she is a newly trained nurse with us and has graciously donated stuffed animals for our patient population! Bedside her is her mom Kathy she has been an amazing support for us and her daughter with donations of pillowcases, fidget squares, and cupcakes! We are so lucky to know and work with these wonderful ladies 💕
