Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne

Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne A 5-star continuing care retirement community with all levels of care. At Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne, it’s all about Joyful Living. That’s the Pointe.

Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne is a continuing care living center that welcomed its first residents in January 2015. Nearly 90,000 square feet, the living center includes all levels of care - independent and assisted living apartments, healthcare, rehabilitation, and memory care. The Villas at Heritage Lakes is a 65-and-over free-standing, independent-living villa community located right on our campus. Six floor plans, two and three bedroom models, two baths, two car garages. Our club house with fitness room, kitchen/coffee bar and gathering room is completely accessible at all times by our residents. Four lakes and nearly a mile of paved walkways add to the beauty of the neighborhood. We are the third location of Heritage Pointe Communities, and proudly affiliated with Heritage Pointe of Warren, IN and Heritage Pointe of Huntington. All Heritage Pointe Communities locations are owned and operated by the United Methodist Memorial Home (UMMH).

At Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne, the fun never stops!

Our amazing residents recently wowed us all with a lively hula hoop performance that had everyone smiling, cheering, and even wanting to join in! Their energy, spirit, and sense of fun truly stole the show.

Moments like these are what make our community so special. We celebrate movement, laughter, and the joy of doing things together. We are so proud of our residents for showing us that age is just a number, and that a little hula hoop can bring a whole lot of happiness!

Employee Spotlight: Cam Peters, Dining Services

In January, our team was excited to spotlight Cam Peters, who has been with Heritage Pointe for 5 months and brings a positive attitude and friendly spirit to our community every day.

Cam was inspired to apply after his sister recommended the job, and he’s glad he did. His favorite part of working here is getting to know the residents and learning new things about each of them.

Thank you, Cam, for the care and enthusiasm you bring to our dining team!
