There is currently construction happening on Illinois Road and Jefferson Blvd, which may cause delays when traveling to our office.

We kindly ask that you plan ahead and allow extra time to get to your appointment. Traffic patterns may be slower than usual, and we want to make sure you arrive safely and without added stress.

📱 For non-urgent matters, you are more than welcome to text us at 260-230-2778. We can't receive photos through this number; you can however email us any photos that pertain to your health journey with us.

📢 Office Update

Dr. Monique and Tasha will be out of the office from March 25th through March 27th.

Patients needing prescription refills must submit their requests before 5 PM on the 24th to ensure they are processed.

Dr. Shannon will be in the office to assist our patients during this time.

Office Update ✨

Our doctors will be out of the office from February 16th–23rd. During this time, our massage therapists Michael and Logan will still be available with limited spots, working to take care of you. We will resume normal business hours on the 23rd. The office will be open normal hours throughout the week to help our patients with anything they may need.

If you’d like to schedule a massage or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to seeing you soon!

UPDATE:
If our patients need any refills, those will need to be requested till Friday the 13th by 11 AM for Tasha to get those sent in to pharmacies.

📅 Holiday Office Closures

Please note our upcoming office closures in observance of the holidays:

December 25–26: Closed for Christmas

December 24: Doctors and staff will be working in the morning only (till 12:30 PM)

We will reopen December 29 for normal business hours

Additionally:

December 31 – January 1, 2026: Closed for New Year’s

We will reopen January 2, 2026 for normal business hours

📞 Massage Scheduling Update
Moving forward, all massage appointments with Logan or Michael must be scheduled by calling the office directly. Our massage therapists will no longer be responding to personal text messages for scheduling or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Wishing everyone an early Happy Thanksgiving. We hope everyone has a wonderful day surrounded by family. Our office will be close Thursday (27th) till Monday December (1st). Dr. Monique and Tasha will be working the morning of the 26th, Dr. Shannon will be here from 9 AM- 6PM to help all of our patients and clients. We will resume normal business hours on the 1st.

Good afternoon, this is to update our patients and clients on Tasha and Dr. Monique being out of the office. Dr. Monique and Tasha will both be out of the office from Monday October 13th through Thursday October 23rd. They will both be back in the office during normal business hours Friday October 24th. The last day for Tasha to fill prescriptions is Friday October 10th until noon. Dr. Shannon will be in the office both weeks to adjust our patients. Michael will be running a back to school special for his 1 hour massages for $55, for the first 2 weeks of September.

Effective October 1st our cash price for our 1 hour massages will increase to $75.
