For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Congratulations Magina Dwight, Housekeeping Aide, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis.

With four years of dedicated service, she has consistently demonstrated excellence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her work and teammates.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Magina discovered her passion for housekeeping early in life. While others in high school were unsure of their paths, she knew exactly what she wanted to do — bring care and comfort to others through her work. That clarity of purpose shines through in everything she does, from her exceptional attention to detail to her warm, welcoming presence.

Her approach to customer service is second nature. “Being kind and patient just feels natural to me,” she says. “I believe it’s important to be happy, to smile, and to treat people with respect.” Those values guide her interactions with residents and guests and have helped her form strong, lasting bonds with her coworkers — relationships she deeply values and considers one of the best parts of her job.

Magina is a creative spirit. She enjoys playing video games, sewing, and writing stories in her free time. Whether she’s crafting adventures on a screen or with a sewing needle, her imagination and positivity never rest.

Magina is excited about the future, especially as she and her husband prepare to start a family. She dreams of having four children and is eagerly looking forward to this new chapter in life.We’re incredibly fortunate to have Magina as part of the Coventry family. Her joyful energy, reliability, and heartfelt care make her truly deserving of this highest honor.

The residents had the chance of voting for the best pumpkin throughout the month of October! They chose the Margarita pumpkin as the winner! Congratulations to our activity assistant, Leah, who won!

Last week, we had an amazing turnout for our Trunk or Treat event for the kids in the area! Even though it was chilly outside, there was a solid two-hour line. The Sheriff’s Office joined us and brought their SWAT vehicle, some K9s, and stuffed animals!
