The Event: Your team cooperatively works together to search for hidden clues, solve puzzles, and escape before the 60-minute time limit runs out!

The Cause: Your participation will help people with disabilities escape the barriers they face everyday in obtaining access to vital resources and opportunities.

Where: Mission: Breakout LaFayette

Fifth Freedom Outcomes Survey


Fifth Freedom receives funding from the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities. In order to help the Council and Fifth Freedoms staff better serve Indiana’s disability community, we need to hear from you! Answer a brief survey and tell us how Fifth Freedom programs have helped you advocate for disability issues. How are we doing? Since you started receiving disability news alerts, do you advocate for disability causes more or less than you used to?

Your responses will help guide Council funding and help Fifth Freedom direct its future projects. As an added bonus to you, completing the survey will enter you to win a $10 Starbucks gift card!
