Your life is a journey, a wonderful and fulfilling journey that only gets better when you travel with compassion and awareness. Healthy living starts with eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, and using the body to make fluid movements to keep them strong and flexible. Body cleansing and healthy habits, healing touch, mindfulness and meditation are some of the tools we can use to keep our
bodies and minds healthy along the way. One Song Sanctuary is an intentional community of conscious and mindful individuals dedicated to cooperative co-elevation through healthy lifestyle, ecological responsibility, mutual learning and respect, spiritual expression, conscious communication, and shared resources. We aspire to live well, socially and economically, while supporting ourselves respectfully in a way that enriches the lives of others. We strive to build a society free of coercion, violence, and hierarchy that is, instead, founded on love and cooperation. One Song Sanctuary is a launchpad for growth and manifestation. Our mission is to create a community in which we work together to expand our consciousness following sustainable ecological practices in the One song house, with its members, and in our surrounding community. We will do this through commitment to health and self-growth, personal vulnerability and authenticity, acts of service to our community space, ecologically conscious household practices, shared spiritual activities, educational offerings to the greater community, and linking with local and global efforts that support our mission. We offer many beautiful things to our community.
*Fort Wayne meditation tribe is a ministry of One Song Sanctuary. Weekly meditation tribe meetings are hosted at the One Song House, unless we take a field trip. They cover various spiritual practice topics usually shared by members of our community. These are currently scheduled for Monday nights at 7pm.
*We offer a weekly goddess crafting gathering for those who identify as women to create together while giving support and having a space to be vulnerable. These are Wednesday nights at 7pm. Bring a project/craft to work on.
*Twice a year we host a naked lady party. This is a chance to get rid of clothing that no longer fits your wardrobe for any reason and a chance to pick up something new to you!
*Once a month we celebrate the full moon and the new moon. We host a community wide drum circle at Franke park for full moon, and a smaller intentioning ceremony at One Song for new moon. The drum circle is 8-11pm and will supercede other weekly events such as tribe meetings and goddess gatherings. Check out our "services" tab for our healing center offerings. Be well! Be authentic! Be Love!
