2-1-1 is a national dialing code for free access to health and human service information and referral. 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember number that helps connect individuals and families in need to community-based organizations. Dial 2-1-1 seven days a week, 24 hours a day and talk to a live Information and Referral Specialist or browse our online directory to find the resources you need.

The 2023/2024 Energy Assistance Program (EAP) application is now open and is your first step in applying for energy assistance. An online application and qualification information can be found on our website, www.IN211.org -OR- you can dial 2-1-1 Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:30pm for assistance with your online application. PLEASE NOTE that you may experience very long wait times at this time.
