Despite being an RN I find that it is incredibly important to continue learning how to support my wellness by awareness of MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT. Modern medicine is wonderful when we need it, but just like physicians say "Prevention

Sometimes, the worst pain we endure is self-inflicted.
