The representative of the B.E.S.T. program for Englewood is someone who is creative, leads with purpose, demonstrates a servant’s heart, is hard working, diligent, seeks out opportunities to better herself in her role as Life Enrichment Director.
We chose Rachel Smith to lead this program because she puts her BEST foot forward every single day. She desires to promote a culture of inclusiveness not only for employees but also the residents and families of those we have the honor of caring for.
