This week we’re highlighting Jim Leslie, PT, ATC, Director at our Angola & Auburn clinics. 🌟

Jim was inspired to become a PT after an ACL injury in high school led him to physical therapy. Seeing his therapist, Dave Kuhn, truly enjoy his work sparked Jim’s own passion for helping people recover through movement.

His favorite part of the job is improving a person’s quality of life using non-invasive, non-medical techniques that help them feel better and return to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and hunting. 🦌

We’re grateful for Jim’s leadership, dedication, and the compassion he brings to the patients and communities he serves. 👏

Our senior therapists attended a presentation this morning led by Dr. Luo from the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute (also known as the Indiana Orthopedic Institute).

We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn and collaborate with local orthopedic specialists who share our commitment to advancing patient care. Continued education and strong professional partnerships help our therapists provide the highest quality care for every patient we serve.

Shawna chose a career in physical therapy because she wanted to help people return to the activities they love. She enjoys being part of the medical field, meeting new people, and continuing to learn every day in the clinic. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her on the volleyball court! 🏐

We’re proud to support the Northrop High School Special Education Department and their student-run Northrop Inclusion Cafè coffee cart! ☕

This morning, we stopped by for coffee and a muffin to see firsthand the incredible work these students are doing. Through the coffee cart they’re gaining real-world job skills, problem-solving, and practicing social skills along the way. All profits go directly back into their SPED program to support classroom needs and student experiences like field trips.

Thank you to the students and staff at Northrop for welcoming us! We’re grateful to be part of a community that invests in growth, learning, and opportunity. 🧡💙
