A mom recently came to us because her son's care had plateaued. We'd been working with him for months with such incredible results, so we understood why she was discouraged!!

Then we scanned mom. 😮 Her nervous system looked almost identical to her son's initial scans.

That's co-regulation. Your nervous system and your child's are biologically linked.

Your child's nervous system is syncing with yours right now. Through mirror neurons and the autonomic nervous system, their brain reads your breathing, your tension, and your heart rate. How cool is that?!

When your nervous system is regulated, theirs has a template to follow. When yours is stuck, theirs gets stuck too. At The Well, that's why we always recommend the whole family to get under care, but especially moms when their kiddos start...and we have seen incredible results when they do!
