Michelle is our September Employee of the Month!

Michelle is a return employee to Summit City, and boy, are we lucky to have her back! She spent a little over 2 years here before taking a much-needed break to spend time with her grandsons. Michelle has been an integral part of Summit City’s success in relocating and opening our vent unit. She is very passionate about mentoring our up-and-coming CNAs and encourages each one of them to further their career in nursing.

In fact, they become an extension of your family. We are located on the north side of Fort Wayne, which is a part of northeastern Indiana. Fort Wayne is also the seat of Allen County. Summit City Nursing and Rehabilitation has easy access to many roadways in Fort Wayne- Coliseum Boulevard, Lima Road, Clinton Street, State Boulevard, as well as Highway 69. It is located just north of downtown and within minutes of Parkview and St. Joseph Hospitals. A few of our local landmarks are Lakeside Golf and Bowling, Glenbrook Square and Jefferson Pointe. There are many physician offices, restaurants and shopping centers close by. Accepting Medicare, Managed Care and Private Insurances, our specialists will help you understand your benefits.
