In fact, they become an extension of your family. We are located on the north side of Fort Wayne, which is a part of northeastern Indiana. Fort Wayne is also the seat of Allen County. Summit City Nursing and Rehabilitation has easy access to many roadways in Fort Wayne- Coliseum Boulevard, Lima Road, Clinton Street, State Boulevard, as well as Highway 69. It is located just north of downtown and within minutes of Parkview and St. Joseph Hospitals. A few of our local landmarks are Lakeside Golf and Bowling, Glenbrook Square and Jefferson Pointe. There are many physician offices, restaurants and shopping centers close by. Accepting Medicare, Managed Care and Private Insurances, our specialists will help you understand your benefits.
