Remember, space is limited. $15 per person to attend. Bring something comfortable to lay on (the floor is concrete), including pillows, bolsters, blankets, sleeping bags, etc. You will get cold! I have a limited supply of mats, blankets and such, so be sure to plan accordingly!

Sign up through my website...On my booking site, (after clicking "Book Now"), scroll down to Sound Therapy and choose Sound Meditation to reserve your spot! If it is your first time coming to The Haven, you will be asked to pay ahead of time. After, you can pay when you come.
