We’re so excited to now offer Eden Energy Balancing Sessions with

Through kinesiology (muscle testing), this modality uses a hands-on holistic approach to provide assessments and interventions that focus on the body’s electromagnetic energy systems, addressing both emotional and physical issues. When blockages are cleared and energy can flow, healing, balance and peace can be restored. Sessions may include the recognition and release of emotional triggers and subconscious beliefs, releasing anxiety from the body and creating new pathways in the brain. Energy work can move you out of your old patterns and into the freedom of possibility.

CranioSacral Therapy or CST works with the craniosacral system, which includes:
• The bones of the skull (cranium)
• The spine and sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine)
• The membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

How It Works:
• The practitioner uses very light touch (about the weight of a nickel) to detect restrictions or imbalances in the craniosacral rhythm, which is a subtle pulsation of the cerebrospinal fluid.
• By gently manipulating the head, neck, back, and sacrum, the practitioner helps release restrictions and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

What It’s Commonly Used For:
• Headaches and migraines
• Chronic neck and back pain
• Stress and tension-related disorders
• TMJ (jaw) dysfunction
• Anxiety and emotional trauma
• Sleep disorders
• Sinus issues
• Post-concussion symptoms

What a Session Feels Like:
• Usually done with the client fully clothed on a massage table
• The experience is often described as deeply relaxing, meditative, and calming
• Some people may feel physical or emotional releases during or after the session.

A huge shout out to Jessica who just received her certification in Visceral Manipulation. 🎉

She is now offering this technique incorporated into your massage session or on its own.

Want to learn more? 👇

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that assesses the structural relationships between the viscera(organs), and their fascial or ligamentous attachments. This organ-specific fascial mobilization is based on the premise that free movement within the body is vital, and thus any restriction will adversely affect health. It evaluates the dynamics of motion and suspension in relation to organs, membranes, fascia, and ligaments. The treatment is a gentle compression, mobilization, and elongation of the soft tissues.

Visceral Manipulation focuses on the internal organs, their environment, and the potential influence on many structural and physiological dysfunctions. This treats a person’s functional and structural imbalances with an aim to affect their musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive, and lymphatic dysfunction.

Everything that has happened in our lives—injuries, diseases, stressors, etc.—is recorded in our tissues. At the core of Visceral Manipulation (VM) is ‘listening’ to the tissues with our hands. Through manual listening techniques, our hands feel where the tissues are pulling toward the areas of restriction, the areas where the body is not moving, and the areas of the greatest impact on the person’s wellbeing from the manual therapy perspective.

Hi, I'm Bonnie!

I studied Therapeutic Massage at Ivy Tech College and graduated with an associate degree in December 2022. I also earned a certificate in holistic health having attended Asian healing and physical fitness classes. I am in love with the human body and have a passion for learning about it. I am so excited to become a part of this holistic space which has health and wellness at its center. I am excited to learn from the others in this community and look forward to studying Cranial Sacral therapy in 2024.

I am a mother to 6 amazing souls who make my journey very interesting. I am an artist at my core and love to paint. Reading and music are also passions of mine. Learning and growing are foundational to my existence.

Being a massage therapist feeds my soul, as well as helps heal others and I can't imagine a more fulfilling job.

Meet the team! Get to know Sarah.

Hi I’m Sarah!

I graduated from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 1998 and went on to study Pfrimmer and Cranio Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2000 when I opened Solace Massage. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 24 years! My career path has been really fun and windy but has always stayed under the umbrella of science and the health and well-being of others.

In 2009 I became an R.N. and spent several years working in Cardiovascular ICU while running the massage studio.

I found that helping people before they get sick, not after is where I can make the biggest difference and ultimately feel the most fulfilled. So, I left nursing to study yoga.

Yoga is a practice I grew up with and taught for awhile in my 20’s. In 2012 I discovered the style of Baptiste Yoga. I connected with the alignment principles, leadership and community focuses of this practice.

In 2019, I founded 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation (a local nonprofit) that serves outreach programs in our community through classes, leadership trainings, corporate team building sessions and resiliency programs.

In 2018 I partnered with Leslie Williams to open our yoga studio, Baptiste Power Yoga Fort Wayne located in downtown. It has been a privilege to have a space for our friends to gather and offer trainings for people to grow.

My yoga certifications include: E-RYT 500 hour, Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Influencer, Y.A.C.E.P. and a graduate of the FIT to Lead leadership program through the Baptiste institute.

I have enjoyed the ability to blend the comforting side of massage with the empowering side of yoga to offer a healthy balance in self care.

In my free time, I love good food and travel. I am passionate about outdoor activities like running, paddle boarding & gardening. I feel grateful to have found such a fulfilling career and I value being able to make a difference in other peoples lives.

Meet the team! Get to know our therapist Bri.

Hi I’m Bri!

I’m Licensed Massage Therapist and graduated from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 2021. I have also completed training through the Upledger Institute in 2021 and hold a certification in craniosacral therapy.

In addition to massage therapy, my background includes a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, corporate health coaching, and teaching yoga.

I love spending time with my husband, Gavin and precious son, Ezra. You’ll often find us at the spots around Fort Wayne that offer live music—especially the Club Room.

I find deep purpose and meaning as a massage therapist because of the profound impact it has on calming my client’s minds and overall nervous systems. I love the opportunity it gives me to hold space for my clients to share what’s on their mind or for them to just “be” in silence as a break from all the noise.
