✨Co-dependency for kids ✨

Kids are like sponges, ready to soak up the behaviors that are being modeled in the home.

Recently I was working with a little client and noticed they always wanted to move other people’s game pieces, I presented the idea: for the next few rounds, everyone will move their own piece. This allowed my client to see what it is like to only be responsible for their own piece. Seeing my client actively working to keep from over doing for others and hearing them explain how this change felt for them was great to witness.
