Kneecap pain isn’t always a “knee problem.”

A lot of patellofemoral pain syndrome comes down to biomechanics — not damage.

If you’re quad-dominant and not using your hips well, the patellofemoral joint takes the hit.

Whether you’re:
🏃‍♂️ A runner
⬇️ Struggling with stairs
🪑 Or feeling pain getting in and out of a chair

Sometimes the fix is as simple as learning to sit back into a step-down and strengthen into better alignment.

Stronger hips = less stress on the knee.

Train smarter, not just harder.

“PT is just exercises.” ❌ That’s a myth.

The real progress doesn’t come from a printed sheet of exercises.

It comes from:
• A thorough assessment that actually finds the root cause
• Adjusting your program as your symptoms change
• One-on-one time with a provider who knows your case inside and out
• Making the right changes at the right time

Anyone can hand you exercises.
Not everyone can build and evolve a plan around you.

If you’ve tried PT before and felt like it didn’t work… it might not have been the exercises. 👀

Learning the proper hip hinge can protect your spine, save your back, and make snow removal a lot easier.

💡 Tip: Bend at the hips, keep your chest tall, and let your glutes do the work—not your lower back!
