Overhead shoulder pain isn’t always just a “shoulder problem.”
A lot of times, it’s what’s happening around the shoulder that matters most.
If your mid-back is stiff or you’re tight through the front of your chest, your body literally can’t get into a good overhead position—so your shoulder takes the hit.
The fix?
Improve mobility where you’re stiff.
Strengthen where you’re weak.
Restore how everything works together.
That’s how you actually unlock pain-free overhead movement again.
