Pure Abilities LLC is a Northeast Indiana-based company that provides therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities through the Medicaid Waiver System. We are client-focused with a one-on-one therapeutic approach for clients of all ages and disabilities. We're established to provide high-quality therapy services through the use of many therapeutic intervention techniques designed to fit each client’s lifestyle.

Back at it again with Prana Yoga & Wellness for our monthly adaptive yoga class 🧘 This group had a killer session filled with movement and mindfulness. It was the perfect reminder that yoga really is for every body. See you next time ✌️

Pickleball is always a blast 🏓 Not only do we get moving, but we also improve hand-eye coordination, balance and agility, and motor skills. Love seeing our folks out on the court supporting each other and having fun.

We loved teaming up with My Autism Ally for this year’s Autism Acceptance Walk 🤝 It was a day full of connection, inclusion, and community. One of our favorite parts year over year is getting to participate and teach archery to so many attendees and share a little piece of what we do best 🏹

Nothing like throwin’ some bags! 🌽 We wrapped up our co****le tournament and had a blast with everyone. Co****le is a great way to build friendships, work on hand-eye coordination, and increase motor skills.

Big congrats to our champions, Pirates of Corn-bbean 🏆 They brought their A-game and walked away with the win!And a huge shoutout to our recreational therapist, Bree, for putting this whole thing together. We thank you 🙏

Our second golf outing of the season is in the books! ⛳️ We had the privilege of joining the Annual GiGi's Playhouse Fort Wayne Golf Outing. Helping to raise awareness, advocate, and support. Already looking forward to next year🏌️‍♀️

This crew had a solid day at Pokagon State Park horseback riding for their recreational therapy session 🐴 Horseback riding isn’t just fun but it builds core strength, balance, confidence, and lowers stress. Plus, nothing beats fresh air and time on the trails. We love seeing therapy happen in ways that are active and meaningful. Enjoy!

Special Stars Baseball Clinic is back! ⚾️ A few of our folks joined Special Stars Baseball at the World Baseball Academy for a day of fun, friends, and skills building on the field. Helping to build confidence, teamwork, and love of the game. We hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing time at the 2025 GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge! 💙 It was great to see all who came out and participated in the fun, fitness, and community. We enjoyed being a part of the Sports Circuit Challenge and helping to raise awareness, spread acceptance, and supporting these programs for individuals with Down syndrome 💛
