Each year, the Indiana State Department of Health conducts thorough, unannounced evaluations of senior communities, reviewing everything from cleanliness and safety to staffing, care quality, and resident satisfaction.

Achieving a deficiency-free rating is the highest distinction possible, and a difficult one to achieve. It means zero issues were found and full compliance with all state and federal standards.

This honor reflects our team’s unwavering dedication to and our Core Values of Important vs. Necessary, Service, Dignity, Choices & Socialization!
