Happy February!

I have been hard at work learning some new things and the hard work has paid off!
I can officially say that I have added Manual Lymphatic Drainage to my skill set!

However, I won’t be officially adding it to my service list until March 1st. Over the course of the next month, I will be refining my technique with the volunteers I have acquired. 😉
I am also still looking for an expecting mama, who is passed her 1st trimester, as volunteer as well. 🤰🏻🤰🏼🤰🏽🤰🏾🤰🏿

If you have any questions about manual lymphatic drainage, like what it is and what it does, please don’t hesitate to reach out. There is tons of research out there on the subject, and I am more than happy to share!
