Originally referred by her friend and colleague, Brandy Eagle, Alycia has quickly become a key part of our team. We're thrilled to announce she recently stepped into a Team Lead role—way to go, Alycia!

Orthopaedics NorthEast is proud to celebrate the graduation of our very first Adult Reconstruction Fellow, Dr. Roy Small! Over the past year, Dr. Small has been a dedicated colleague and trailblazer, mastering advanced hip and knee arthroplasty techniques, tackling complex revisions, presenting research on national stages, and helping shape our AAHKS-recognized fellowship program. “I am so grateful for my time in the ONE Adult Reconstruction Fellowship. It has been an incredible year of learning, growth, and working alongside an amazing team. It is truly an honor to continue my journey here full time, and I am excited for what the future holds!”

While his fellowship chapter is complete, we’re thrilled to share that Dr. Small will be staying on as an Adult Reconstructive Surgeon with ONE. Here’s to a year of learning, growth, and surgical excellence — and to the exciting future ahead for both Dr. Small and our fellowship program!
