For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Congratulations Aneatra Spearman, CNA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Aneatra Spearman, Bethlehem Woods’ 2025 Quest Winner of the Year, has made a remarkable impact since joining the team in May 2024. Starting her very first job in long-term care, Aneatra has already distinguished herself through her compassion, dedication, and unwavering positivity.

When asked what inspired her to enter the healthcare field, Aneatra shared, “I like taking care of people and helping them. They give me the motivation to keep going! The seniors teach me new things as they have the experience and knowledge in life.” Her heartfelt approach to caregiving reflects the genuine respect she holds for the residents she serves.

Nominated by a co-worker, Aneatra is recognized by her peers for her joyful spirit and commitment to excellence. Fellow team member Kymbrea noted that Aneatra is “always smiling and never complaining about her job,” setting an inspiring example for those around her.

Outside of work, Aneatra enjoys spending time with her family, her mother Delisha and brothers Armond and Antonio. Her hobbies include doing nails, cooking, and styling hair, all of which showcase her creative side. A personal motto she lives by is: “Dream big.”

With her kind heart and uplifting presence, Aneatra Spearman truly embodies the spirit of the Quest Award and is a shining light within the Bethlehem Woods community. Thank you, Aneatra!
