PLC prioritizes fitness, and we make it FUN!

At Poet's Walk Leesburg, our biggest DrumFit turnout yet brought the energy with music, movement, and nonstop laughter. The room was rockin’!

Over at The Cortland Howell, the Walking Club is stepping into wellness with fresh air, great conversations, and plenty of sunshine.

And at Independence Court of Hyattsville, Sunday Funday means dancing like no one’s watching… and loving every minute of it!
