Meet Angela.

Angela enrolled in Healthier Moms and Babies (HMB) Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) after being referred during her pregnancy through Women’s Care Center. As a first-time mom, she was navigating a season filled with change, questions, and the normal mix of excitement and uncertainty that comes with preparing to welcome a baby. From the very beginning, Angela connected with her nurse home visitor, Michelle, who began working with her to build a strong foundation for a healthy pregnancy and birth.
