You know your body, and your baby, better than anyone. If something feels off, trust your instincts. Kick counting is a simple way to track your baby’s movement and notice any changes. Know what to watch for - Past preterm birth, multiple pregnancies, infections, smoking, high stress, or lack of prenatal care. If you’re at higher risk, your provider can help you plan ahead. Early awareness = early action. 💪

Meet Charlotte.

When Charlotte joined Healthier Moms and Babies, she was pregnant, struggling with health challenges, and feeling alone. With the support of her Family Advocate, she navigated a high-risk pregnancy, the premature birth of her son Azaniyah, and the emotional toll that followed. Through guidance on safe sleep, developmental milestones, and mental health care, Charlotte gained the tools and confidence to thrive as a mother.
