We are pleased to welcome Hartley Gabbard, NP, to Anthony Medical Associates.
Many of you may remember Hartley from her previous clinical rotations with us during her nurse practitioner training. We are excited to have her return—this time as a member of our provider team.

Hartley will be available to see patients Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Over the next few weeks, she will be reacquainting herself with our practice by participating in patient care activities such as histories, medication reviews, physicals, and more. Beginning October 1, Hartley will officially begin seeing patients on her own schedule.

Please join us in giving her a warm welcome back to our clinic!

Hartley grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where she became a lifelong Detroit Lions fan. She later moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated from R. Nelson Snider High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Fort Wayne.

She worked as a registered nurse for six years, gaining valuable experience in patient care while continuing her education. During that time, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Hartley is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients, empowering them through education, and providing care that supports the whole person. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Lions and spending time with family and friends.

Full time medical assistant for a busy family practice office. Must have a degree/certificate in medical assisting OR equivalent experience. Duties to include vitals, chief complaint, ekg's, blood glucose, urinalysis, respiratory testing, spirometry, retrieving results and basic office work as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm. You will be required to close 1 day each week. We will accept new graduates for this position. 90 day probationary period, raise after 90 days. Duties to include translation, vitals, chief complaint, ekg's, blood glucose, urinalysis, retrieving results and basic office work. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm. We offer paid dental, vision and life insurance for employees. Paid vacation and sick time. We offer IRA matching program. We promote from within. We do not offer health insurance. Degree/Certificate in Medical Assisting is preferred, we do not require state certification for this position. Will consider CNA or PCA for position willing to train the right candidate. Pay starting at $15 an hour, raise after 90 days probationary period.
