Testing is performed on a stationary bicycle and with the use of a face mask. Generally, the exercise portion of this test only lasts 8 – 12 minutes. This test is another diagnostic tool your provider can use to gather more information for possible explanation of symptoms, see your current fitness level, and provide a path for exercise prescription.
