Goggin is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended Abilene Christian University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in Biology. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. ing at Baylor Scott & White- Texas A&M Medical Center in Temple, TX. where he worked under nationally recognized leaders in plastic surgery. His training included complex cancer reconstruction, hand & facial trauma, and microsurgery. He has presented his research at meetings such as the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Goggin completed an Aesthetic & Reconstructive Breast Fellowship under world-renowned breast surgeon Dr. Dennis Hammond in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then completed a competitive year-long Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at The Plastic Surgery Center in Sacramento. During his fellowships, Dr. Goggin acquired vast experience and knowledge of the latest techniques in facelift, body contouring, and breast surgery. He has earned a reputation for his high level of surgical skill and dedication to patient care.
