Today we celebrate another birthday too! Happy Birthday to Madalyn!!! Madalyn, we hope you have the best day and are celebrated so incredibly well! You are such an amazing clinician-and you always show up for your clients. We are so thankful for you!
We also know this year means some BIG things for you professionally and personally, and today we celebrate you and the beautiful year ahead!

Yesterday, we celebrated Natalie Goodson's birthday! September 6th was also Natalie's one year anniversary at Terra!

Natalie is one of our Clinical Support Staff, and she is absolutely an invaluable part of our team. She is an amazing communicator, hard worker, and our therapists are so thankful for the way she is always willing to help and support them. Natalie also goes out into the community as a representative of Terra and networks and builds those important relationships with possible referrals.

So today, we not only wish her the happiest of birthdays-but also say a HUGE thank you to her for all she has meant to our team the last year. We can't wait to see what the future holds for you, Natalie!

Last night, we celebrated an amazing professional accomplishment for Emma Williams, LCSW!!!! Emma completed all of her requirements to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the summer, and this professional distinction is the result of literally thousands of hours of work, a clinical exam, and intense clinical supervision. (In this same time Emma moved across the country back to Fort Worth, changed jobs, and also became a mama 🥹) Literal superwoman things!

Emma has added so much to our team here at Terra, and this is only the beginning. Her clients trust her, value her, and keep coming back! Emma was supervised by Emily Millican, LCSW-S, and as our only two social workers on the team currently, they help bring some unique skills and backgrounds. Emily has the utmost confidence in Emma's skills as a clinical social worker, and so do we!

We had the best Sunday evening enjoying the amazing food, drinks, atmosphere, and mostly the company of friends and colleagues. Such a perfect way to celebrate Emma and all of her hard work and dedication. We are so proud of you, Emma. Oh the places you'll go! 🕊️

Our office is closed Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. What a great day to focus on rest from work-and connection to others, self, and relaxation.
